This Steinway M grand piano looks good, plays well and has a strong sound with lots of color. In 2008 the bass strings were replaced. In 2010 the action was rebuilt with new hammers, shanks, flanges, wippens, key bushings, back checks, and white keytops. In 2022 it was thoroughly regulated and voiced, and the damper felt was replaced. It has an even tone and touch across the whole keyboard, a solid bass register, and the clear bell-like upper treble that one expects from a Steinway.
