This restored 1928 Steinway grand is in excellent condition. The action, looks and sound are first class. It has a large dynamic range and a rich timbre throughout. The touch is just what one expects from a well-regulated Steinway of this size. It was fully restored by Klavierhaus in NYC keeping the original ivory keytops, brown mahogany case, and nickel hardware. Otherwise it is fully rebuilt with a new pinblock, strings, soundboard, and Hamburg Steinway action parts. Since restoration it has been carefully maintained with a 2-tank climate control system and regular tuning. The owner is moving in July. Hence, this piano is priced to sell quickly.
