It was refinished and received a new soundboard, pin block, strings, NY Steinway hammers, Renner shanks and reps, etc. There is little wear on the action parts. The case shows signs of being in a private home, yet looks very good. In 2023 Flynn Pianos cleaned, polished, regulated and voiced the piano. It has a smooth, rich tone and excellent action. It is on the mellow end of the tonal spectrum. But it has plenty of clarity and volume for home use. The purchase price of the piano includes ground floor delivery within 50 miles, leather upholstered duet artists bench, climate control system, and one tuning post delivery.
