This early Boston-made Mason & Hamlin grand looks good, plays well, and has plenty of volume and sustain. The timbre is rich throughout. It has the original soundboard, pinblock and case parts, and was refinished and restrung 20 years ago. In 2023 Flynn Pianos replaced the hammers, shanks and damper felts. it was fully regulated, voiced, and the action touch weight was adjusted.
