It was rebuilt in 2005 with a new soundboard, pin block, strings, tuning pins, damper felt, etc., refinished in hand-rubbed satin ebony lacquer. It has NY Steinway hammers and repetitions with German shanks . The original ivory key tops have been retained. It was fully regulated and voiced in 2021 by Flynn Pianos. The price includes ground floor delivery within 50 miles, climate control system, bench, first on-site tuning, one-year follow-up on regulation and voicing.
