This superb, concert-ready 7'5" piano is fully rebuilt with the following new parts: soundboard, pinblock, strings, tuning pins, damper felt, Renner action, Renner Hamburg Steinway hammers, keyboard, brass locking double casters with rubber facing. The case is refinished in high polish ebony. It is an agile, powerful, and versatile piano. Although only 6" longer than the model B Steinway, it is far superior in depth of tone and dynamic range. The sound and touch is closer to the model D 9' concert grand than the B. We provide an identical model C for most of our concert rentals -- performances that do not require the longer and more expensive D. Today the C is only made in Hamburg, Germany, costing $128,600. This one is musically comparable at less than 2/3 the price and includes an artist bench, quilted cover, climate control, regional delivery, one onsite tuning, and a one-year touch-up regulation and voicing to concert standards.
